About the role

We are building our Human Resources team and would love you to join us.

As a Employer Branding you will have to work in our internal communication to invest and develop the relationship and engagement of our colleagues.

In this role, to ensure that the internal communications content is delivered within an organization. Furthermore, support and execute the employer branding policy (internal events, happy hours, team buildings, etc.) and the social responsibility plan.

What you’ll be doing

You rock at:

  • Ensure that the internal communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision;
  • Execute the strategic communication (digital) plan: internal (communication channels) and external (social media);
  • Identification of new recruitment opportunities via social media;
  • Support in organizing and participating in employability fairs and brand events;
  • Support the continued development of Employer Branding and Social Responsibility Policy;
  • Support and execute company events and initiatives (happy hours, team buildings).

You have:

  • Academic degree or equivalent Communication Science or similar;
  • A strong interest in people orientation and internal communication;
  • Fluent in English (mainly written);
  • Passion for making things happen.

Your functions:

  • Measure and present results of communication efforts (develop the brand and its online presence);
  • Suggest what information should be presented to employees (make it more attractive and promote good and close relationships between areas and departments);
  • Publish videos and photography on company website and blogs;
  • Edit and revise content as necessary;
  • Execute all the necessary task to promote internal events related to Employer branding and Social Responsibility Procedures (happy hours, team buildings);
  • Edit, design, and print internal publications (preparation of regular communications (integration, birthdays, activities, etc.) related to HR activities).
