Profile:

Project Manager (m/f) – Oporto

Profile:

Outbound & Events Professional

Role: This individual will be responsible for working with a successful Marketing team, while helping to execute and achieve team sales goals. Our team is the engine for the sales process which is why we need individuals who understand and are passionate about digital transformation and customer experience. It will support the organization external events/international markets; development of contacts with local/international logistic partners.

 

Your primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to):

Benchmark opportunities for the main markets – from a lead generation and sales perspective

Prospect, Qualify, and Nurture leads through the sales and marketing cycle resulting in sales

Carry out processes implemented by the Head of Marketing

Provide regular updates to the Head of Marketing about objectives and processes

Identify potential Prospects and Partners in the main markets

Help the marketing team with external events qualification and selection, budget forecasting and preparation,setup/ quality, lead generation control, and overall execution and follow up.

Duties:

Develop and nurture leads through marketing and sales processes;

Analyze data to help improve marketing processes and strategy;

Coordinate with other teams to increase lead generation efforts;

Work with the Marketing and Sales team to achieve team goals;

Work with specific platforms to efficiently input and track data (Hubspot CRM and Sales Starter);

Own the outbound sales process: outbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification;

Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing marketing and sales targets;

Attend marketing and sales meetings in order to present marketing pipeline and help provide sales solutions;

Be a jack of all trades: you will do anything needed to support the Marketing and Sales Team in order to achieve team goals;

Work towards/maintain 100% pipeline and event’s agenda occupancy through achieving expected team goals (events, roadshows, user groups, webinars and other similar);

Communicate the brand and lifestyle to ensure the highest possible conversion rate;

Prepare show booths, displays, and marketing exhibits at various events;

Support ebankIT events and trade show as well as the marketing programs and initiatives;

Be responsible for all event reporting, photos, & receipt reconciliation;

Work directly with ebankIT team and help manage local partners;

Asset inventory, budget management, control, and logistics for each project/ event.

Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 3 years of sales experience in startups and/or entrepreneurial environments

Organized, detailed, developed critical spirit;

Track record of sales in outbound emailing are highly desirable;

Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM – Hubspot experience highly desirable;

Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing marketing and sales pipeline

Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable

Experience working on a team and owning a team player mentality
