Are you passionate about innovative digital banking solutions? ebankIT is looking for a talented and passionate Sales Engineer to join our dynamic and strategic team
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding ebankIT’s products demonstrating their value to potential clients and supporting US North America sales team as a Technical Expert.
You will work closely with the sales, delivery, marketing and product teams, to develop proposals, demos and POC’s.
You will also support branding activities by attending trade shows, conferences along with other industry and marketing events.
Responsibilities:
- Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients;
- Understand client needs and tailor presentations accordingly;
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that contribute to the development of the US North American Market;
- Work closely with the Delivery Marketing and Product Team on proposals, demos and POC’s;
- Provide technical support and knowledge during the sales process;
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, identifying potential targets, and diving initial contacts and demos;
- Contribute to creating sales kits and materials using market research to create pitches and materials that best reach the target audience;
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field;
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in banking or Fintech Companies in the North American Market;
- Strong technical background and understanding of software solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
- Excellent communication and team working skills;
- Availability for international travel.
