Role
-
Handle administrative requests and queries and support Financial Director;

Compiles budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets;

Organizes documentation for Accountant;
-
Prepares periodically cost statements or reports;
-
Updates and maintains office policies and procedures;
-
Submits and reconcile expense report;
-
Creates and updates records ensuring accuracy and validity of information;
-
Stay current with all regulations, practices, tax laws and reporting requirements.
Profile
-
Academical degree in Finance, account or similar areas;
-
5 + years of proven experience in similar functions;
-
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
-
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular);
-
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
-
Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-
Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
