In addition, after being mentioned in a Hype Cycle Gartner report in July, 2017, ebankIT participated in the first Gartner study for Digital Banking Platforms. From this study, a Market Guide has been launched (August 2018) and ebankIT is one of the vendors highlighted as having a solution in the market.
ebankIT has been a member of the COTEC SME innovation network since 2018.
In 2019, ebankIT achieved the certification by ISO 27001, the international standard for Information Security Management.
In 2018, the company created ebankIT Academy, which aims to train partners with theoretical and practical knowledge of ebankIT software concepts and functionality. Since then, several sessions were presented to a large number of consultants who were certified by ebankIT.
In 2020, ebankIT Academy took a step towards digital presence for the training sessions, promoting online courses for the first level of certification namely “How to sell the ebankIT solution”. As this practice was successful, the sessions continue to happen in the same format.
Due to the pandemic, ebankIT activities in terms of travels and events reduced drastically. Therefore, ebankIT had to switch to digital alternatives and use this time to deepen knowledge on the markets where to evolve, namely, studying with more detail the Financial industry in specific countries including Germany, the USA and others.
Currently, with fewer Covid restrictions around the world, ebankIT is taking back its presence in international events.
