About the role

We are building our Sales team and would love you to join us. As an Inside Sales, you will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Your contact with the potential clients will happen daily. 

In this role you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team identifying (quality) leads to build pipeline. We will make sure you will learn new things and have fun while doing it. It will be a very dynamic and interactive role. 

What you’ll be doing

You rock at:

  • Communication skills;
  • Bound with several potential clients;
  • Listening and presentation skills;
  • Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

You are good at: 

  • Corporate productivity and web presentation tools;
  • Work with Navision or similar CRM;
  • Being responsible and dynamic.

You have: 

  • Academical degree with specialization in Technical areas ( ex. IT Engineering, Electronics &Computers, etc.) or in Economics, Management or a related area;
  • 2 years of professional in a similar position; 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English;
  • Availability to travel outside the country;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English;
  • French and/or German will be considered an advantage;

Your functions: 

  • Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organization;

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure; - Support branding activities by preparing trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events;

  • Develop and analyze data to determine how to better accommodate new and existing markets, leads and costumers.
